I have difficulty in taking anything that doesn't taste good.
I was hesitant to try this because of that but l was very pleasantly surprised, it tastes really good and was a pleasure to drink without any problems.
It will be a regular from now on and l look forward to it improving my gut health...( l suffer with diverticulitis )
