NMN + Resveratrol

What is NMN?
NMN stands for nicotinamide mononucleotide. It is a molecule that naturally occurs in all life forms. NMN is the direct precursor of the essential molecule nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+)

NAD+ is a compound found in every cell in the human body and involved in many critical processes.
What is Trans-Resveratrol?

Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene) is a natural compound found in red grape skin, Japanese knotweed (polygonum cuspidatum), peanuts, blueberries and some other berries. It is a powerful antioxidant produced by some plants to protect them against environmental stresses. Antioxidants neutralise free radicals, which are believed to be the cause of aging.

Are NMN and Trans-Resveratrol safe?

Studies on the safety of up to 500mg per day of NMN have been conducted in human trials, with no adverse effects. Further human trials using various doses of NMN have shown it to be safe and well tolerated. However,  you should consult a physician prior to taking any new dietary supplements.

How much NMN and Trans-Resveratrol should you take?

NMN and Resveratrol have shown health benefits from 250mg per day upwards.

When should NMN and Trans-Resveratrol be taken?

Premium Coffee Beans

What does 100% Arabica mean?

Our Premium Coffee Beans are exclusively from Arabica beans and does not contain any Robusta beans. Arabica coffee is considered to be of higher quality compared to coffee made with Robusta beans. Arabica beans are known for their delicate and smooth flavor, while Robusta beans tend to be more bitter. Arabica coffee is often preferred for its desirable taste and lower caffeine content.

What does fully washed speciality grade mean?

It means that the coffee has undergone a specific processing method known as washed processing. In this method, the organic matter is stripped off the coffee beans shortly after the cherries are picked, resulting in a clean and bright flavour profile. This process involves removing the outer skin, pulp, and mucilage from the beans before they are dried. Fully washed specialty grade coffee is considered to be of higher quality due to its meticulous processing, which helps highlight the unique characteristics and flavours of the beans.

What are the benefits of a high altitude blend coffee?

High altitude blend coffee offers several benefits due to the unique growing conditions at high elevations. Firstly, coffee grown at high altitudes develops more slowly, allowing the beans to absorb more nutrients and develop complex sugars, resulting in a richer and more flavourful cup of coffee. Secondly, the cooler temperatures at high altitudes during roasting help preserve the delicate flavours of the beans, preventing them from being overcooked or scorched. Additionally, the better drainage at high elevations concentrates the flavours in the fruit, enhancing the overall taste profile. Finally, high altitude specialty coffees are known for their exceptional flavour and are highly sought after, commanding higher market prices.
