Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are charged based on a calculation of the weight and volume of your order, to your specified destination. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout.  

Delivery

We will despatch the order within two working days. You will be able to view your order tracking number in the My Orders section of your account – this tracking number can be used for shipping status enquires. Delivery times will vary based on location.

Shipping within Australia is generally carried by Australia Post, though we may opt to use alternate service where necessary. Please ensure a valid address is supplied.

International Shipping 

A courier service is used for international shipping. Your full name, phone number and email address are required, as well as a valid shipping address. You will be contacted by our courier service in regards to customs, duties and fees where applicable and necessary.

Customs regulations are often complex and vary greatly from country to country. Unfortunately, Lifespan Supplements cannot guarantee any package will be accepted by customs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product ordered is not restricted in their country, and the customer is responsible for paying any customs or import taxes and fees charged by the relevant agency.

If your order was refused by customs and returned to Lifespan Supplements, you will be refunded the original amount of your purchase, minus the shipping fee and return fee once the product has been received back into our possession. The return fee is equal to the cost shipping.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Returns are only accepted if the order is cancelled prior to the product being shipped, in which case a cancellation confirmation will be sent via email

It is important to ensure you retain proof of purchase of purchasing products from our Site and the goods in question if you are looking at returning your goods.  

All refund payments will be processed in Australian Dollars and Lifespan Supplements will not be held liable for any difference in the value of the refund against the initial purchase price in the final currency you used to purchase the products.

Lifespan Supplements will not be liable to refund any fees or charges you incurred from your credit/debit card provider for your initial purchase.

Please note: All returns will take approximately 2-5 business days from date of delivery to us to be processed. We appreciate your patience!
