NMN stands for Nicotinamide Mononucleotide. It is a molecule that naturally occurs in all life forms. NMN is the direct precursor of the essential molecule nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) and can support general health and wellbeing.
 
Resveratrol (3,5,4′-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene) is a natural antioxidant compound found in red grape skin, Japanese knotweed (polygonum cuspidatum), peanuts, blueberries and some other berries.
 
(NAC) N-acetyl-L-cysteine is a precursor of L-cysteine that results in glutathione elevation biosynthesis. It acts directly as a scavenger of free radicals, especially oxygen radicals. NAC is a powerful antioxidant. It is a modified form of the amino acid L-Cysteine and precursor to the anti-oxidant glutathione. One of NAC’s most important jobs is to help your body replenish its glutathione stores.
