Lifespan Community, this is a welfare check in your supplementation space…In todays lesson, the discussion points are, what can I use to supplement and boost the chances of longevity.
I am taking a good stack of supplements to help boost my health now and hopefully increase my longevity health. I am, taking the list below. This might help you out, i am not a doctor by any means, I am just testing and adjusting for my own health and trying to repair the damage done from injuries that I have sustained over the years of service.
- 1.25g’s of Lifespan Supplements NMN in Water, once daily.
- 1.25g’s of Lifespan Supplements Trans – Resveratrol mixed with olive oil or fatty food, once daily.
- 1.25g’s of Lifespan Supplements NAC (Coming soon for our customers) once daily.
- Tea spoon of Tri -Magnesium once daily, (great to prevent cramps and assists in sleep).
- Pinch of Vitamin C x 3 times daily.
- 3 x drops of Vitamin D
- 1 x tablet of Zinc, once daily.
- 2 x filtered Omega 3 tablets, once daily. (The ocean is polluted, so filtered capsules is the way to go).
- 1 x Turmeric capsule, which is picked up by all 12 receptors within the body, not just your standard 2 receptors.
- 1 x capsule of Vitamin B, once daily.
- Lions main powder, 2 x daily in hot water, replaces coffee or tea and tastes great.
- 1 x clove of garlic with water.
- Dash of Apple Cider Vinegar in water.
I am looking at other supplements to jump in to assist in other area’s as well. Watch this space.
I also have around 6-10 litres of cold icy water daily and I am on an intermediate diet of 16 / 8 as well.
I did a 7 day fast last week and that was to reset myself. (Was not easy). This week, it’s cold water swimming down the local creek, make sue that water is flowing, it’s better for the body, aiming for 25-40 mins while focusing on my breathing and meditation.
I am aiming for a different shock therapy each week. Comment if you have any ideas for me? bring it…..
I train 5-7 days now, cardio and strength training.. I am going after it, I want it.. Do you??
